Introductory Call: A free fifteen minute call to ask questions and see if we are a good fit for one another.

60 minute Coaching Session:  I coach individuals who want to reclaim intuition and self-trust and build lives matching their values. I especially love holding space for individuals navigating life transitions, challenging relationships, caregivers who are raising developmentally unique kids, and families with complex health needs. Supporting caregivers who want to embrace creative routes that allow everyone to thrive is one of my passions. $65 per for a 60 minute session.
